Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many items are made-to-order, we may be unable to cancel or change an order after it has been submitted or accepted.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production and shipping times may vary based on the product, destination, carrier, fulfillment partner, holidays, weather, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Moonshot Club is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Some orders may ship in separate packages or from different fulfillment locations depending on the products ordered.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Many Moonshot Club products are made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at ohtanime17@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund. In most cases, damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items do not need to be returned unless we specifically request it.

Do not send products back to the address shown on the shipping label or to any fulfillment partner unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
