Shipping Policy
At Moonshot Club, many of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand production and shipping partners, including Printify.
Moonshot Club does not personally manufacture, store, pack, or ship most products from our own location. Orders are produced and shipped directly to customers by our fulfillment partners.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Moonshot Club ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not currently available. If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping costs, delivery times, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may vary by destination.
Order Processing and Production
Because our products are made-to-order, each item is produced after your order is placed.
Production time is separate from shipping time. This means your order may take time to be produced before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, fulfillment partner, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
The final shipping cost may vary based on the product, quantity, destination, fulfillment partner, and available shipping method.
Shipping Times
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination, carrier, fulfillment location, holidays, weather, production delays, or other delays outside of our control.
Some orders may ship in separate packages or from different fulfillment locations depending on the products ordered.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information may be provided by email if available.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after the package has been shipped.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Moonshot Club is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at ohtanime17@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived, please contact us at ohtanime17@gmail.com so we can review the order status, tracking information, and fulfillment details.
If an order is confirmed lost in transit or there is a fulfillment issue, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund if approved.
Moonshot Club is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, production delays, or events outside of our control.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may not be able to offer a refund.
If a replacement or reshipment is available, the customer may be responsible for any additional production or shipping costs.
